Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

1 bag frozen cauliflower

1 bag frozen broccoli

1 bag frozen carrots

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cheddar cheese soup

french fried onions

Procedure

Cook veggies in boiling water until partially done. Remove and drain well.

Mix with soups and 2/3 C of french fried onions. Put in a buttered casserole dish and top with s sprinkle of the french fried onions. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.

Special Notes

I would prefer Brussel sprouts instead of carrots!
