Cream Fruit Spread

Ingredients

Cream cheese softened 4 ounces (125g)

Milk or cream ¼ cup (50ml)

Lemon juice ½ tsp (2ml)

Chopped dates or figs 1/3 cup (75ml)

Chopped dried apricot ¼ cup (50ml)

Chopped raisins ¼ cup (50ml)

Chopped pecans or walnuts toasted ¼ cup (50ml)

Procedure

Thoroughly blend cheese, milk, and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients. Delicious on raisin or nut breads. Makes about 1 1/3 cups of spread.
