Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

1 large or 2 small cans of tuna -solid white in water

1 can of Campbells' cream of mushroom soup

a large chunk of Velveta cheese melted

1/4 stick of butter melted

a little garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

wide egg noodles cooked and drained (8 servings)

frozen peas

crumbled potato chips

Procedure

Melt the Velveta and butter and mix it together with the tuna, soup, spices and peas. Butter a large casserole dish. Pour the cooked noodles into the casserole dish and mix in the other ingredients add up to a half cup of milk to moisten if needed. Mix some of the crumble potato chips in too. Sprinkle remaining broken potato chips on top and shred on a little cheddar cheese on top too if desired. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and slightly golden brown on top. about 30-40 minutes.

This is the tuna noodle casserole you kids ate and loved. I never had a recipe so do what you will with the rough recipe.
