Bran Muffins

Ingredients

1/2 lb butter

2 C sugar

Cream together the above.

Prepare: 2 C boiling water + 5 tsp baking soda - - >let cool

Add: 4 eggs

Alternatively add: Quart of buttermilk and 5 C flour

Add hot water with soda after the flour and buttermilk

Add:2 C bran flakes and

4 C Kelloggs All Bran cereal

Procedure

Bake 375 for 30 minutes

Special Notes

Dough can be refrigerated up to 6 weeks. Serve with cream cheese.
