Tiramisu

Ingredients

1 C espresso

1/2 C kahlua

1 large package lady fingers

4 egg yolks

32 oz. mascarpone cheese

2 C sugar

1 C kahlua

1/2 C creme de cocao

cocoa powder

chocolate sprinkles

2 C whipping cream

Procedure

Brew espresso and mix with 1/2 C kahlua and set aside to cool. Mix egg yolks and cheese then add sugar and mix for 2 minutes. Add 1 C kahlua and 1/2 C creme de cocoa and mix two minutes. Add whipping cream and beat until soft peaks form.

Assemble:

Layer of lady fingers

Baste with espresso/kahlua mix.

Layer of cheese mixture

Repeat until the pan is full

Sprinkle with cocoa and sprinkles

Refrigerate for 3 hours.
