Fondue - Cheese

Ingredients

Rub pot with garlic clove and leave it in the pot

1 1/2 C white wine dry

12 oz belzano semi soft cheese

4 oz gueyere cheese

4 oz appazellar cheese

sweet paprica

nutmeg

pepper

1 T corn starch

6 tsp Kirsh

Procedure

Heat all through and serve with sour dough bread chunks. Sauted mushrooms can also be added.
