Roasted tomato & feta salad

Ingredients


  • 8 oz. Bulgarian Sheep Feta Block (not crumbled)

  • 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes

  • Garlic Cloves (to taste)

  • Sea Salt

  • Olive Oil (try Fustini’s rosemary olive oil!)

  • Chili Flakes (optional)

  • Fresh baguette or bread of choice





Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place feta cheese in a small casserole dish, surround with tomatoes and garlic.

  3. Drizzle generously with olive oil. and lightly toss

  4. Bake at 400 degree for 20 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle with chili flake and sea salt.

  6. Serve with baguette, crostini, or bread of choice
