6 Minute Egg

Ingredients:

  • Eggs

Directions:

  • Bring water to a rapid boil, using enough water that the temperature wont subside too much when adding however many eggs you decide to cook. Adding the eggs will cool the water, but the water should return to a boil within minute.
  • Carefully lower the eggs into the boiling water using a slotted spoon. start a 6.5 minute timer.
  • Cool immediately in a ice bath. Leave for at least 5 minutes to chill, stirring gently occasionally.
