Poke Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 2 - Tuna sushi blocks (approx 20 oz) , 1/2 dice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 2 Tbs sesame oil
  • 1/2 white onion - thin julienne
  • 3/4 cup red seaweed salad
  • Lime juice

Sprinkle with sesame seeds

Instructions:

Mix together all ingredients of the marinade.

Then add tuna to mixture. Toss to combine

Store in a quart container.

Marinade for at least 2 hours - will keep up to 2 days.


Option: add Mango Salsa

  • Sriracha
  • sweet chili sauce
  • pepper
  • onion
  • mango

serve with fresh:

  • avocado
  • cucumber
  • carrots
  • any fresh veg


Avocado / coconut milk / lime / salt on the plate.


Portion size: 2/3 cup Yield/Servings: 1 quart 6 servings
