Crab Rolls

Ingredients

Cream cheese softened 4 ounces (125g)

Canned crab, cartilage removed 5 ounces (142g)

Finely chopped onion 1 T (15ml)

Prepared horseradish ¼ tsp (1ml)

salt 1/8 tsp (0.5ml)

Ground almonds 2 T (30ml)

Butter

Bread slices crusts removed

Procedure

Mash the first 6 ingredients together. Using a rolling pin slightly roll out the bread slices. Spread butter on one side of the bread. Spread a layer of the mashed spread on the other side. Roll and secure with toothpicks if needed. Toast lightly turning once in a 400º F or (200ºC) oven. Makes about 1 ½ Cups filling.
