Uncle Tim’s World’s Best Chocolate Chip Cookies.
2 sticks butter (let them come soften at room temperature for a while before starting)
2 C Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1.5 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 Cup of pecan meal
1.5-2 C coconut (cut fine in food processor)
3.75-4C flour
¾ bag of mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375
Cream butter and brown sugar
Add eggs, salt, baking powder, vanilla
Add pecan meal and coconut
Cut the chocolate chips in
Form into little hockey pucks about two inches in diameter and about a half inch thick
Bake until the edges start to brown. (for me usually 15-16 minutes in my oven).

I used chopped up Lindt 70% chocolate. Next time I would try a little less flour too.
