Paella - Maria Garcia

Ingredients

2:1 water to rice ratio

chicken

small shrimp

langostinos

mussels

tomato sauce

green and red peppers chopped

onion chopped

garlic. peel and fry in oil and then take them out

salt and pepper

Procedure

Maria cooked this on the stove top over medium to low heat for about 40 minutes.
