Ingredients

Bloody Mary Mix

9 lbs. tomatoes (about 30 tomatoes) Process to make 12 cups of cooked tomato juice - no skins no seeds.

ADD

1/4 C Lemon juice

2 T worchester

1 T Celery Salt

2 t salt

1 t onion powder

1/2 t Bottled hot sauce

1/4 t pepper

Procedure

Pour hot Bloody Mary Mix into clean jars and process in hot water bath in open canner 15 minutes. Makes 3 quarts.

We quarter the tomatoes put in Boiler and cook till soft and run thru the food mill. The mill removes the seeds and skins. Cook up the liquid and place in quart jars and open kettle them. MAKES SUCH GOOD SOUP AND BURITTOS !!!
