Peanut Butter Chickpea Balls

Ingredients

1 & 1/2 C canned chickpeas drained

1/2 C peanut butter

1/3 C honey

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

1 & 1/4 C ground oats

1/2 C chocolate chips

Procedure

Pulse all in a food processor adjusting the wet and dry ingredients to be able to form balls. Frefrigerate for 1-2 hours. Makes 32 balls. Can be frozen
