2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup salted butter softened
1/2 cup superfine sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar optional
1 cup chocolate chips
you can use lemon juice/zest or almond flavor or lavender....
I rolled these out thick and cut them into triangles. We made them for Easter and dipped them in dark chocolate. We just guessed at a recipe. This is the recipe that Patsy Brown uses from The Beach House Kitchen.
