Easy Peanut Butter Tofu Pie

Ingredients

3/4 C chocolate chips

1/4 C water

1 prepared chocolate crumb pie crust

2 packages 10.5oz each extra firm tofu drained

3/4 C creamy peanut butter

1 C powdered sugar

2 tsp vanilla

chocolate chips to top

Procedure

Microwave chocolate ships and water mixture till melted and stir till smooth.

Blend with a blender remaining ingredients till smooth as well. Pour melted chocolate into the crust let cool while blending together other ingredients. Pour mixture into pie shell. Cool 3 hours or overnight. Top with extra chocolate chips.
