Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

crab meat

1 egg

2 T mayo

2 T onion minced

1 tsp lemon

1/2 C bread crumbs

2 T butter

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Brush mushrooms with oil and put them in boiling water for 2 minutes til slightly cooked.

Stuff mushrooms and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
