Tzatziki

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic crushed/minced

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 T olive oil

1 T white wine vinegar

2 1/2 C Greek yogurt

Alternative recipe from MSU:

Greek tzatziki sauce

2 cups non-fat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, shredded or diced

1-2 garlic cloves, minced

1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (optional)

1 Tbsp fresh or 1 ½ t dried dill or mint

Salt

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Cover and refrigerate one hour. Enjoy!

Procedure

Chill 2 hours before serving.
