Ingredients

Eggs

Milk

A couple tablespoons of flour

salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

This is basically a fluffy omelet. Combine eggs milk and a little flour like making an omelet. Serve with powdered sugar and or syrup. Jam would probably be good too.

Special Notes

This is a recipe that Raymond Peter Lincolnhol said was one of his favorites when he was growing up. Paul Lincolnhol wrote this recipe down when visiting Good Hart in June 2013. This is a German pancake but actually more like an omelet.
