Bread slices, buttered
Cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced
Tartare sauce
Smoked salmon sliced thin
Butter each slice of bread and then spread on a layer of Tartine sauce (this sauce is a cream cheese like spread (a little thinner) with finely chopped chives and cucumber). Cut the pieces of bread into 4 triangles. Top with a slice of cucumber, then a thin square of salmon on top and a garnish of fresh dill. Decorate serving plate with lemon slices and dill.
