Sweet Crepes

Ingredients

125 g (3/4C) flour

30 g (2T) sugar

80 g (1/3 C + 1T) melted butter or oil

3 eggs

200 ml (3/4 C + 2T) milk

Alternative: (less sweet)

1 1/2 C milk

3 eggs

1/8 tsp salt

1 C flour

a few drops of vegetable oil

Procedure

Mix all in a blender and then refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour. Use a lightly oiled crepe pan. Pour batter on the pan and spread by tipping the pan. When you see the crepe drying out on top then turn it with a spatula. Second side cooks only 10-20 seconds.
