4 1/2 C rolled oats or spelt flakes and rolled oats mixed
1/2 C toasted wheat germ
1/2 C wheat bran
1/2 C oat bran
1/2 C ground flax seed
1 C raisins
1/2 C walnuts
1/4 C sunflower seeds
1/2 C cashews
1 C cornflakes or other type of cereal sweetened or not
dried fruits to taste such as bananas, cherries, blue berries, cranberries,peaches, ...
a touch of cinnamon
Mix all together and store in air tight container in the refrig.
You can really put in any grains or fruit that you wish. You can add honey and milk to serve or serve warm like oatmeal or plain with yogurt.
