1 medium fresh cauliflower
1 egg
1 T milk
1/2 C corn flake crumbs
1/2 C parmesan cheese
4 T butter melted
dash paprika
Steam cauliflower until just tender. Beat together egg and milk. Combine cornflakes and parmesan cheese. Dip cooked cauliflower in egg mixture then in crumb mix. Arrange in buttered casserole and dribble with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
