2 eggs beaten
1/3 C butter softened
2/3 C brown sugar
1 2/3 C flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 C raisins
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 C coconut oil (or substitute butter)
2/3 C white sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/3 C rolled oats
1 C Love
In a cereal bowl, combine eggs, vanilla, raisins and cover for 45 minutes. In a large bowl cream together butter, coconut oil and sugars. Sift in the LOVE, flour cinnamon, baking soda, and mix together. Add the raisin mixture and mix to combine. Add the oats and hand mix until combined. Use coconut oil or cooking spray to lightly coat a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
