Roquefort Cheese Spread

Ingredients

ROQUEFORT CHEESE SPREAD

• 4 jars Roka blue cheese
• 2 jar English sharp cheese
• 16 oz cream cheese
• 4 T minced onion

Directions:

• Zap jars in micro for 15-20 seconds and mix all ingredients.
• Chill before making into a ball and rolling in toasted chopped pecans.
• Form into one large ball or several smaller.
