Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients

1 can 15-16 oz pineapple tidbits

2 T soy sauce

1 T + 1 tsp cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar

2 T cornstarch

2 tsp sesame oil

1 1/2 lbs boneless pork cut into cubes

2 C fresh bell pepper strips

1 med onion cut into bite sized pieces

Procedure

Drain pineapple and reserve 1/2 C of the juice. Mix juice, soy sauce, vinegar and cornstarch. Saute pork for 5-10 minutes then add onions, peppers and let them cook for a few minutes then add the juice mixture. Let boil to thicken and serve immediately.
