Dot's Turkey Sausage Soup

Ingredients

2 turkey sausages, like polish sausage, sliced

l large onion, sweet, cutup

4 potatoes, cut in chunks

2 cartons chicken broth

2 pkgs frozen collard greens

2 cans northern beans

Procedure

Saute onion in olive oil, add sausage, then add broth, potatoes and greens, cook then add northern beans at the end. Real Good.
