Garbanzos

1 hueso de vaca

1 hueso de jamon

Carne de vaca

1/2 gallina

chorizo

Procedure

Nota:

Poner los garbanzos a remojo la noche anterior en agua.

1. Poner en la olle a presion los ingredientes 35 minutes

2. Con el caldo hacer le sopa (anadiendo fioleos)

3. Listo para comer. Se come 1 la sopa y luego los garbanzos con la carne anadioliendo si se quiere aceite y vinegre

Sara's mother Maribel made this delicious and hearty garbonzo bean dish for us for dinner when we visited them in Spain. It is a dish that is typical for the Madrid region. You first eat the broth with little noodles and then the garbanzos and meat. You can sprinkle oil and vinegar on top if you wish. Translation: garbanzo beans dry, beef bone, ham bone, beef roast, cornish hen, chorizo sausage. Use dry garbanzo beans and soak them over night. Cook all in the pressure cooker. Drain out some of the broth and serve it with noodles. then serve the garbanzo beans with some broth and the meat.
