Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

1/2 C soft butter

1/2 C vegetable oil (or applesauce)

1 3/4 C sugar

2 eggs beaten

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 C sour milk

2 1/2 C flour

4 T cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 C shredded zucchini

1/2 C or more of chocolate chips

Procedure

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9 inch by 13 inch pan. Cream wet ingredients and combine dry ingredients. Alternatively add wet and dry ingredients together. sprinkle a half cup of chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes. When it is cool sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
