Gordie Robke's Rib Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup catsup

1/2 C cider vinegar

6 T brown sugar

2 T worchester sauce

1 T liquid smoke

1 t salt

Procedure

Bring the sauce ingredients to a boil for about 10 minutes.

Prepare meat by rubbing with seasonings and olive oil.

Bake the ribs at 350 for 2-3 hours until tender. Cook in pan on a rack with water in bottom not to much. The ribs should be covered with pan top or aluminum foil.

Drain off droppings and fluid.

Final step is to apply the BBQ sauce and roast 1 - 2 hours at 275 degrees.

Serve.
