ITALIAN CHEESY DIP

Ingredients

1 - 8 Oz cream cheese

2 Tbls dry Italian seasoning mix

6 oz of shredded parmesan cheese(or regiano)

2 - 6 oz of Italian shredded cheese

8-12- oz spaghetti sauce

Procedure

For a small batch

  1. One 8 Oz cream cheese- mix with dry Italian seasoning mix.( I use Roma bakery) I use about 2 Tbls. You want enough so you can see it in the cream cheese- but not too much. Put that in that mixture in the bottom of a baking 8x8 pan.
  2. Next layer is about 6 oz of shredded parmesan cheese(or regiano)
  3. Next layer is 6 oz of Italian shredded cheese
  4. Then the next layer is your favorite spaghetti sauce about 8-12- oz.
  5. then last layer is 6 oz of Italian shredded cheese
  6. Bake for about 1/2 hour- 375- until bubbling on the sides and just brown on top.

while serving- if it gets cold- rewarm in the microwave

Serve with any kid of bread- garlic bread is the best!
