Classic Mexican Tacos

Ingredients

Corn tortillas

grilled then chopped meat

chopped cilantro

Tomatillo sauce

Tomatilla sauce:

8 tomatillos partially blacked over flame

salt

lime juice

3 cloves garlic

cilantro chopped about half the amount of the tomatillos

Procedure

Warm the corn tortillas in a dry pan and keep them warm. Chopped the grilled meat and keep it warm. Combine all the tomatillo sauce ingredients in the food processor and pulse. To make the taco place the meat in the bottom of the warm corn tortilla and then add the chopped cilantro. Top with a few spoonfuls of the tomatillo sauce.
