Dehydrated Onion Bread

Ingredients

3 lbs sweet onions peeled

> 1 cup ground sunflower seeds

> 1 cup ground flax seed

> 1/2 cup Chia seed ground

> 1/4 cup poppy seed ground

> 1/4 cup sesame seed ground

> 1/4 cup Braggs aminos or Nama shoyu

> 1/4 cup sweetener like honey, agave

>

> optional add spices, nutritional yeast, splash of balsamic

> vinegar, be creative

Procedure

Put onions in food processor and process until small pieces, not too

> small or it becomes mushy

>

> Put in mixing bowl with the other ingredients and mix throughly

>

> The Flax will absorb liquid

>

> Smooth onto teflex sheets about 1/4 thick and place in dehydrator

> for 12 hours

>

> Take off teflex sheets and turn over and dry for another 5 to 6

> hours or until desire dryness

>

> Cut into pieces and store in an air tight container Can be store

> in the frig or on counter if eaten quickly
