A MUST try recipe!! In a Crock Pot--- put:
1. about 6 medium Frozen boneless chicken breast or 4 large
2. 1 jar of your favorite salsa
3. 2 packages of Burrito seasoning mix.(like taco seasoning)
4. 1 can black beans-drained
5. 1 can pinto beans- drained
6. 1 can chopped green chilis
Optional- 1 can of corn- drained
Cook for about 6 hours- or all day. Take out chicken and shredded it- put it back in the crock pot.
It is ready to eat.-
you can make burrito, tacos or just eat with tortilla chips.
