2 C sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 C oil
2 C flour
2 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 C nuts chopped
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 package powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

The amount of oil could be reduced.
Beat sugar, oil and eggs then add carrots and remaining ingredients.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
