Carrot Cake

Ingredients

3 C carrot shredded

2 C sugar

4 eggs

1 1/2 C oil

2 C flour

2 tsp soda

2 tsp baking powder

1 C nuts chopped

1 tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon

Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese

1 stick butter

1 package powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Procedure

The amount of oil could be reduced.

Beat sugar, oil and eggs then add carrots and remaining ingredients.

Frost with cream cheese frosting.

This is the recipe that Grandma Marian Klco used to make carrot cake for your Dad's (Bill's) b-day. It is an extremely moist cake.
