Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

1/2 lb bittersweet chocolate

2 sticks butter

melt above then add:

4 eggs *careful add little chocolate to egg

1/3 C sugar

1 tsp instant coffee

3/4 C toasted pecans

Procedure

Butter a bread pan and put wax paper on the bottom. Put batter in the pan. Bake in a 13 by 9 water bath with the water about 1 inch deep. Bake 50-60 minutes at 325 degrees.
