Sugar 'N Spice Bunnies

Ingredients

5 1/2 - 6 C flour

1/3 C sugar

2 packages yeast

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp allspice and nutmeg

Heat to 120-130 degrees:

1 C milk

1/2 C water

1/3 C butter

2 eggs at room temperature

Procedure

Combine 2 1/2 C flour sugar and undissolved yeast spices and salt. Gradually add warm ingredients to dry beat 2 minutes. Add eggs and 1/2 C flour beat 2 minutes. Stir in additional flour to make a soft dough. Knead 8 minutes put in a greased bowl and raise for 30-45 minutes till double. Toru dough on flour surface divide into 10 pieces. Roll each into 24 inch rope. Cut 13 inch for belly, 6 inch for head and 2 - 2inch pieces for ears and 1 inch for tail. Let rise on greased cookie sheet till double 30-45 minutes then bake. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees, Remove from pans and glaze while warm. Use raisins for eyes.
