For the cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
6 egg whites and 6 egg yolks
2 cups of sugar
1/2 of milk
For the milks
2 cans of evaporated milk
2 cans of condensed milk
2 cups of heavy whipping cream (and 2 more cups for the frosting.
Whip the egg whites and sugar to stiff peaks
Add the egg yolks one at a time and keep mixing
Whisk together dry ingredients, then alternate stirring the milk
Pour the mix in a 9x13 glass cake pan previously prepared and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees
Let the cake cool for an hour, poke holes all over, and slowly drizzle with the three milks mixture
Cover and chill for a few hours or overnight before frosting with whipped cream with a tsp of vanilla. Decorate with some ground cinnamon before serving
