BBQ Slow Cook Beef

Ingredients

3 lbs boneless chuck roast

1 1/2 C ketchup

2 T Dijon mustard

1/4 C brown sugar

1/4 C red wine vinegar

2 T Worchestershire ?? sauce

1 tsp liquid smoke flavor

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Procedure

Trim large fat areas from the roast then put the roast in crock pot then mix ingredients and pour it over the roast. Cook 8-10 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high. Remove the meat and shred. Put the shredded meat back in the slow cooker and coat with the sauce.

Special Notes

I like to do pork like this in a slow cooker too but just cook the pork and shred it and remove extra fat then mix it with BBQ sauce.
