Weight Watchers Mexican Soup

Ingredients

3 cans Chicken broth (I use McKays, chicken like powder to make the broth)

1 1/2 cups chopped celery

1/2 cup diced yellow onion

3 cans of green Enchilada Sauce ( Horrocks has this ,,,Meijers has,MSG in it)

1 15 oz. can of pumpkin ( I used my frozen pumpkin)

1 cup of frozen corn (I used a can since that was what I had)

10 oz. cooked chicken breast chopped and shredded ( I used my canned)

Dash of hot sauce ( I used my green chili pwd.)

I added a can of hominey , drain and rinse this lg can adds 6 points to the whole recipe, so not even 1 added point per serving..just makes it more Mexican.., and it made more that 9 servings...

Mades 9 one cup servings at 3 points plus per serving
