Brazilian Carrots

Ingredients

16 carrots

1 T butter

2 eggs

1 C milk

1 C parmesan cheese

salt pepper and onion flakes to taste

Procedure

Boil carrots, then mash. Add butter, eggs, milk and Parmesan cheese, mix well. Add salt, pepper and onion flakes, mix well. Spread into Pyrex pie dish or pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or when knife in center comes out clean.
