Moon Cake

Ingredients

Boil 1 C water and 1 stick butter in a medium saucepan. Add 1 cup of flour beating by hand. Remove from the heat. Add one egg at a time until 4 eggs have been beaten in. Careful not to cook the eggs. Spread onto a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool.

Filling:

Beat together 3 C of milk with 2 packages of instant chocolate pudding and one package of softened cream cheese. Spread filling on cooled pastry bottom. Top with a small carton of Kool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup on the top. Keep cool in the refrig. until ready to serve.

Recipe from Patsy Lincolnhol. It was Megan's favorite birthday cake. We really don't know how much milk is supposed to be added. The recipe is written with only 3/4 C milk and it really needs much more than that so I put 3 C. Maybe a compromise would work.
