Special Notes

from Karen Jallos - "Here’s another salad to make and enjoy for a few days afterward (or another salad to make and take for lunch for a few days in a row and not have to think about what to pack for lunch). It’s yummy enough you won’t mind having the same thing for lunch day after day. I had a salad similar to this at our office salad pot luck and have been thinking about making it ever since. It’s a really great contrast of flavors and textures and it’s just plain delicious."
