A simple delicious flan made by Maria Garcia the grandmother of Sara Ros Garcia. We had this for dessert as well as fresh strawberries coated with orange juice and a little sugar. Transulation: 5 eggs, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 cup of milk for each egg used/ Put oil and sugar in the bottom of the flan container and cook for 10 minutes in a container in the pressure cooker. It can also be cooked in a hot water bath in the oven. Maria came from a village that is known for its olives and olive oil. The brand made in the area she grew up in is called Casa Arevalo. I will always remember Sara's generous and funny grandparents that served us the best meal we ate in Spain. Sara's grandmother would keep filling your plate!
