Pork Cassoulet

Ingredients

3/4 # pork , cut up like stew meat

1 lg onion , cut in wedges

2 cloves garlic minced

1, 14 oz can diced tomatoes

4 medium carrots sliced

2 celery stalks sliced

3/4 C lentils

1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary

fresh rosemary sprigs

1 15oz czn beef broth

1/2 tsp pepper or more

1/2 tsp salt

Procedure

brown meat chunks and onion, add garlic toward the end of browning. transfer to slow cooker, add everything else. cook on low for about 12 hours. says 4 servings but it serves at least 6 with mashed potatoes on the side.
