Pumpkin Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredients

Can of pumpkin

1 C plus chocolate chips

3-5 eggs

2C liquid - half and half and heavy cream mixed

cinnamon

nutmeg

ginger

bread roughly chopped into chunks

1/2 stick melted butter

toasted pecans

1/2 C brown sugar

Procedure

Mix all together and it can sit over night covered in refrig. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Use a basic bread pudding recipe and just add the pumpkin, chocolate, pecans, and pumpkin pie spices. Amounts given are just guesses.
