Mrs. McCarron's Chopped Apple Cake

Ingredients

3 eggs

2 C sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp lemon juice

2 sticks unsalted butter

3 C flour

1 1/4 tsp bk soda

1 tsp salt

dash nutmeg

1 C nuts

3 C apples chopped

Procedure

Cream eggs and sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 2 loaf pans for 1 1/2 hours
