Ed's Sweet Pickles

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of sugar
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 2 Tbs of Salt
  • 1 tsp of celery seed
  • 1 1/4 cups of white vinegar

Instructions:

  • Mix the sugar and vinegar together, heat to dissolve sugar
  • add onions and celery seed
  • Stuff clean jars with sliced pickles
  • Pour over liquid and store in refrigerator
  • Can be eaten the next day
