2013-14 MDRS FIELD SEASON CREWS ANNOUNCED

Each MDRS crew will consist of six people and will spend two weeks at the Mars analog habitat in southern Utah conducting simulation work in one of the most Mars-like environments on Earth to help prepare explorers for a mission to the Red Planet.

The Mars Society is pleased to announce the selection of 11 new crews to participate in the 2013-14 Mars Desert Research Station (MDRS) field season, scheduled to run from early December 2013 through May 2014.

WORLD SPACE WEEK - MARS SIMULATION

The World Space Week Association, in partnership with the Space Generation Advisory Council, Mars Society, the Austrian Space Forum and the Kiwispace Foundation has teamed-up for a series of public Mars analog research demonstrations including the Mars Desert Research Station in Utah.
