Also, reading these background stories motivates and inspires you to get started – as it shows you that you can start with the little resources that you have right now, and that can turn into a huge business over time.

Assuming that you've figured out how the business got started, it’s now high time to figure out how it works and operates.

Last but not least, you should figure out, how the company deals with its clients.
